I am a guy next door type who respects people, loves family and cherishes friends ... i work in a demanding role and environment and can sometimes be absorbed by my work life but am passionate about the things i really enjoy out of work such as road and mountain bike riding, swimming, sailing rowing, gym and the environment ... i travel when i can, be it to the country (farming background) overseas or just to the beach (Sorrento) for a swim then a beer at the Portsea Hotel ... just all the normal stuff .... not one to sit still for too long , so you will find me out and about ... i am focussed on health and logevity therefore i eat right and exercise and enjoy it ...
