Live - Kimberly Dayle is Britney Spears

She sings amazingly live. She dances fantastically. UK Britney Impersonator Kimberly Dayle may not just be the next best thing to Britney herself… she might even be better.

There’s no doubting that the real Britney Spears Circus show is quite a visual marvel and a treat for those who will actually witness the star live and in the flesh. But it seems that those who paid hundreds of dollars for the real show get little more than a trumped up drag show with slick production values.

While she may not have the million dollar production values and sets of Britney’s shows, Kimberly Dayle’s show in contrast is at least the real deal all the way, and the experience is really quite astounding. The entry to her show is just $20, but she gives a truly amazing performance that is worth the price of an actual Britney ticket. She knows how to move that sexy body of hers and she is gifted with a great voice. She actually looks and sounds like Britney.

Dayle faithfully recreates elements of the Circus concert complete with all the hits you know and love, delivered with precision and passion that you won’t find at Britney’s concert.

During those moments when she addresses the crowd as Britney, she does so with a great sense of humour. It’s a sort of gentle tongue-in-cheek piss take that can only come from a Brit interpreting an American pop culture icon.

There’s no shortage of eye candy in this show either. Her dancers are fit, sexy and talented movers indeed, lifting up the energy of the room as well as the temperature with their hot bodies, hot moves and skin tight outfits.

The show is punctuated by gorgeous showgirl Millie Minogue who MCs the event and does a few numbers brilliantly as Lady Gaga. Though that part is a drag show, it is quite fantastic, full of energy, and ever so contemporary.

Kimberly Dayle obviously loves what she does, and you will too. Do yourself a favour and catch her amazing show.

Kimberly Dayle is Britney Spears is on at the Greyhound for one more night only, this Friday 13th November. Tickets are $20 at the door.
