That’s right! The queers are taking over! Same Same Culture Club and the Australian Centre For The Moving Image (ACMI) are teaming up to present a super cool night of queer fun and abandon at Game On.
It’s the awesome new exhibition that everyone is talking about, and has already hosted over a million visitors in Melbourne. Whether you have already seen it and loved it, or haven’t been to it yet, this is your perfect excuse to check it out. Be prepared to lose hours as you have more fun than you can poke a joystick at.
Game On is currently on ACMI at Federation Square, and is the first of its kind in Melbourne. The exhibition comprises of over 125 playable games, that range from old Atari game consoles to the very latest in gaming technology like PSP and Nintendo Wii.
As well as being incredibly fun and interactive, Game On surveys the history of Gaming and technology, highlighting the innovations and pioneers that make our recreational gaming what it is today, and giving us hints at what tomorrow holds. And best of all, you can play it all.
