Fresh from sell-out shows in New York and a major UK tour, the Queen of Inflight Kitsch and Air Hostess to the stars, Pam Ann touches down in Australia for two performances only, in Melbourne on Tuesday 19 February and Sydney on Friday 22 February.

Caroline Reid portrays the outrageous Gucci-clad hostess, Pam Ann, as a mixture of comedy, camp and glamour – an outrageous pun on the legendary airline Pan American. Her performances are an hysterical send-up of the vagaries of air travel, including procedures, clothing, those who staff the airlines, and those who are silly enough to travel on a plane with her as hostess.

Pam Ann has developed a cult-like international following for her hilarious shows and riotous repartee, Caroline Reid brings her own outrageous blend of comedy to live audiences across the globe. Reid has performed with Cher on her arena tour of the UK to capacity crowds of over 14,000 each night; she has twice crewed private jets for Elton John; and performed at The Old Vic Fundraiser hosted by Kevin Spacey. Madonna described her as “cruelly funny”.

Caroline’s last run of Pam Ann shows in Sydney sold-out and was televised as a special on Foxtel. She performed for the charity event Tickled Pink at the Royal Albert Hall, which was broadcast as a special on ITV and recently made appearances on Britain’s Next Top Model and Project Catwalk.

Reid as Pam Ann sold out a tour of the UK and a West End run in 2007, and frequently conducts shows in major cities in the USA, Canada and her native Australia. Pam Ann recently starred in British Airways first ever viral advertisement, which can be seen at www.britishairwaysandpamann.com.
