Troy discovered his passion for dance music in the mid nineties when he landed in Sydney’s vibrant music scene after migrating from the USA. For the next 10 years, from dance floors around the globe, Troy soaked up the inspiration from the world’s greatest musical artists and then after a decade of experience being on the other side of the decks, Troy burst onto Sydney’s clubland scene as a DJ in 2006.
His knowledge of house and musical background ensured his transition from the dance floor to the decks was quick and it wasn’t long before Troy was whipping dance floors into a frenzy at Sydney’s largest clubs including Arq and The Midnight Shift. In 2007, he landed residencies at some of Oxford Street’s biggest and most successful clubs including Rising Day Club at Phoenix, Slide Nightclub and later at The Oxford. As his reputation grew, his talents grabbed the attention of Australia’s biggest party promoters and Troy earned his spot at parties including Inquisition (Sydney), Rogue/Red Raw (Melbourne), Chunky (Sydney) and J+J+J (Sydney).
In only a few years, Troy’s become one of Australia’s most popular and respected DJs and has firmly cemented his place in the consciousness of Australia’s club scene.
Driving bass lines and up front, big room energetic house characterise Troy’s sound. He’s opened for and played alongside international artists such as Bimbo Jones, Wayne G, Alex Taylor and Peyton.
