How Little Pink Eagles,
‘Certain things catch your eye, but pursue only those that capture your heart.’ – Native American Indian Saying
Russell will lead an educational discussion and guided meditation that will draw upon Lakota wisdom and recent discoveries in neuroscience. Regarded by historians as the most fearless and persevering tribe of the North American plains, the Lakota Native Americans held such strong convictions that they famously “rode thunder into battle” with such intensity that “no one dared cross their path” for they were feared by all. As both a courageous and peaceful people, what aspects of Lakota spirituality can we use today that will help us to effectively battle everyday challenges? What elements of the Lakota belief system can we apply to embody a true warrior spirit?
Reward yourself to an evening of chill, blissful meditation and great company.
We also have dinner, drinks and a goss session at the Lord Roberts Pub after meditation.
