It’s definitely not something you cultivate from acting school. Yep, you are a smart bunch – they all meditate.

Free – invite your friends, neighbours, buds, BFF’s and anyone else you can drag along.

Dinner and a drinks mixed with a bit of hot social at the Lord Roberts Pub after meditation.
