Continuing our special dinner concepts, this event is being produced at the wonderful Wine Odyssey, located in The Rocks and owned by two lovely lesbians – how appropriate for our Sydney Pride Festival event.
Starting in the Wine Journey Room, guests can select from any of the 44 delicious Australian wines. Four tasting are included and you can “top up” if you wish.
Guests are then guided upstairs to The Gallery. Here you have a selection of light nibbles to snack on before we get underway with the main act: The Flight Selections.
For each of the main three dishes (or Flights), you will be presented with a sensible portion and a matched wine accompanying it. You will then be guided by your hosts through the interaction and interplay of the various textures and flavours of the wine and the food. How often to you get to play with your food? Stylishly of course!
Then to finished a share desert plate of five different deserts. A wonderfully sweet way to get to know your neighbours!
